Метою випускної роботи є розвиток теоретичних основ і розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо організації управління кар’єрою на підприємстві «Інкор-буд» з урахуванням інтересів підприємства та персоналу з питань кар’єри.The purpose of the final work is the development of theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations on the organization of career management at the enterprise "Inkor-system" taking into account the interests of the company and staff on career issues.
