Управління адаптацією працівників в організації

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні, методичні та практичні особливості розробки і застосування процесууправління адаптацією персоналу на підприємстві. Дано теоретичне обґрунтування процесу трудової адаптації персоналу, його значимість в управлінні персоналом, розглянуті фактори, що на нього впливу і інструменти управління трудовою адаптацією. Проведено аналіз чинників адаптації персоналу, їх особливості в умовах первинної і вторинної адаптації, в ході якого були виявлені позитивні і негативні тенденції досліджуваної проблеми. На підставі проведеного аналізу запропоновані заходи по вдосконалення управління процесом адаптації персоналу в вигляді впровадження системи наставництва та програм первинної та вторинної адаптації.

The paper discusses the theoretical, methodological and practical features of the development and application of the process of personnel adaptation in the enterprise. The theoretical justification of process of labour adaptation of the staff, its importance in human resources, examines factors that effect upon him and tools of management of labour adaptation. The analysis of factors of adaptation of the personnel, their features in the conditions of primary and secondary adaptation during which positive were revealed is carried out and the negative trends of the studied problem. Based on the analysis proposed measures to improve the management of the process of adaptation of personnel in the form of the introduction of mentoring and programs of primary and secondary adaptation.
