Мотивація викладачів до розвитку професійної майстерності

Abstract

У статті подано аналіз досліджень з проблеми професійної мотивації викладачів закладів вищої освіти; окреслено компоненти структури професійної мотивації; проаналізовано результати анкетування викладачів ОНЕУ з метою визначення факторів, які мотивують педагогів до самоаналізу та професійному розвитку. А також проведена паралель між внутрішньою мотивацією викладачів та методами впливу керівників на результативність їхньої роботи. Через постійні зміни та оновлення в системі освіти, впровадження інновацій та технологізацій навчання, варіативність та гнучкість навчальних планів та завдань для самостійної роботи, постійного оновлення навчальних планів та виникнення нових спеціальностей вимоги до педагога на перше місце ставлять систематичну самостійну роботу з розвитку професійної компетентності, підвищення рівня освіти в цілому та професійної освіти взагалі. В статті представлено аналіз анкетування, проведеного серед викладачів ОНЕУ, з метою виявлення факторів їх внутрішньої мотивації до вибору професії. Звісно, що у процесі трудової діяльності мотиваційна сфера особистості зазнає певних змін саме тому, ми також запропонували викладачам анкету для виявлення факторів, які стимулюють, мотивують або перешкоджають розвитку професійної майстерності викладача в процесі їхньої професійної діяльності. Як відомо, ставлення педагогів до методичної роботи, й до самоосвіти зокрема, неоднозначне, а тому головним завданням методичної роботи є створення стійкої мотивації професійного самовдосконалення.

The article gives an analysis of research on the problem of professional motivation of teachers of higher education institutions; the components of the structure of professional motivation are outlined; the results of the survey of ONEU teachers were analyzed in order to identify the factors that motivate the teachers to self-examination and professional development. Also, there is a parallel between the internal motivation of teachers and the methods of the influence of managers on the effectiveness of their work. Due to constant changes and updates in the education system, the introduction of innovations and technologies of learning, the variability and flexibility of curricula and tasks for independent work of students, the continuous updating of curricula and the emergence of new specialties, the requirements for the teacher put in the first place the systematic independent work on the development of professional competence, the level of education and vocational education in general. The article presents the analysis of the questionnaire conducted among the teachers of ONEU in order to identify the factors of their internal motivation to choose the profession. Certainly, in the process of labor activity, the motivational sphere of the individual undergoes certain changes precisely because of this, we also offered a questionnaire for teachers to identify factors that stimulate, motivate or impede the development of professional teacher's skills in the course of their professional activities. As it is known, the attitude of teachers to methodical work, and to self-education in particular, is ambiguous, and therefore the main task of the methodological work is to create a stable motivation for professional self-improvement.
