Системи управління якістю підприємств сфери інжинірингу

Abstract

Монографія присвячена дослідженню питань щодо формування систем управління якістю на підприємствах сфери інжинірингу України. У роботі доведено доцільність створення та впровадження систем управління якістю в контексті вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001:2015 та виявлено основні проблеми їх формування на інжинірингових підприємствах. Обґрунтовано організаційно-методологічні, практичні та концептуальні засади, які в сукупності дозволяють вирішити наукову проблему формування ефективних систем управління якістю на підприємствах сфери інжинірингу. Запропоновано застосування економіко-математичних моделей та розроблено прикладний інструментарій щодо формування процесів систем управління якістю в контексті вимог стандарту ISO 9001:2015 на інжинірингових підприємствах. Акцентовано увагу на експертному оцінюванні бізнес-процесів та проведенні внутрішніх аудитів як засобів поліпшення систем управління якістю інжинірингових підприємств.

The monograph is devoted to the research of issues concerning the formation of quality management systems at the enterprises of the sphere of engineering of Ukraine. The feasibility of the creation and implementation of quality management systems in the context of the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001: 2015 has been proved in the paper, and the main problems of their formation in the engineering enterprises have been identified. The organizational-methodological, practical and conceptual principles, which together allow to solve a scientific problem of formation of effective quality management systems at the enterprises of the sphere of engineering, are substantiated. The application of economical-mathematical models and application tools for the formation of processes of quality management systems in the context of requirements of the standard ISO 9001: 2015 at engineering enterprises are developed. The emphasis is on the expert assessment of business processes and the conduct of internal audits as a means of improving the quality management systems of engineering enterprises.
