Організація науково-дослідної роботи на кафедрі економічного аналізу

Abstract

Традиційно поняття «науково-дослідницька робота студентів» (НДРС) ототожнюється з формами залучення студентів до наукової роботи кафедр, а також кафедральних і вузівських лабораторій, виконання навчальних дослідницьких робіт, реальних курсових і дипломних робіт, участі в конференціях, семінарах, конкурсах, виставках і т.п., що є не зовсім правильним. Аналіз робіт вчених показує, що провідними принципами організації НДР як системи є забезпечення органічної єдності наукового і навчального процесів і на цій основі підвищення якості підготовки фахівців, посилення зв'язку науки з виробництвом, прискорення науково-технічного прогресу. У нашому дослідженні поняття «науково-дослідницька робота студентів» включає в себе наступні елементи: навчання студентів основам дослідницької праці, прищеплення їм певних навичок; виконання наукових досліджень під керівництвом викладачів. На кафедрі економічного аналізу науково-дослідна робота охоплює студентів бакалаврського та магістерського рівня підготовки. Студенти 3-4 курсів бакалавріату, 5-6 курсів магістратури приймають активну участь у міжнародних наукових конференціях. На кафедрі щорічно випускається збірник наукових статей з дисциплін економічного аналізу, в якому приймають активну участь студенти різних факультетів університету. Магістранти кафедри друкують статті у наукометричних виданнях за керівництвом викладачів. Кожного року наукові праці магістрантів включаються у науковій звіт кафедри. Зацікавленість студентів обумовлена з одного боку рейтингової оцінкою, а с іншого боку – зростанням професійних навичок. Traditionally, the concept of "research work of students" (NRSS) is identified with the forms of students' involvement in the scientific work of the departments, as well as the departmental and university laboratories, the execution of educational research papers, real course papers and theses, participation in conferences, seminars, contests, exhibitions and etc., which is not entirely correct. Analysis of the work of scientists shows that the main principles of organization of research as a system of research is the provision of organic unity of scientific and educational processes, and on this basis, the improvement of the quality of training specialists, the strengthening of communication science with production, acceleration of scientific and technological progress. In our study, the concept of "research work of students" includes the following elements: teaching students the basics of research work, forcing them certain skills; performing scientific research under the guidance of teachers. At the Department of Economic Analysis, research work covers undergraduate and graduate level undergraduate students. Students of the 3-4 years undergraduate, 5-6 courses of the magistracy take an active part in international scientific conferences. The department annually publishes a collection of scientific articles on disciplines of economic analysis, in which students of various faculties of the university take an active part. Magistrants of the department publish articles in science-edited publications under the guidance of teachers. Every year, the scientific work of graduate students is included in the scientific report of the department. Students' interest is conditioned on the one hand by the rating assessment, and on the other hand by the growth of professional skills.
