Проаналізовано історичні аспекти розвитку ринку цінних паперів розвинених країн. Висвітлено ключові фактори їх успіху на світовому ринку сьогодні. Зроблено висновки щодо позитивного впливу організації ринку цінних паперів на функціонування фондових ринків розвинених країн світу.The article considers the current trends in the functioning of the securities market of the leading countries of the world and defines the features of the organization of each of them.
