Оптимізація структури капіталу підприємства в умовах невизначеності економічного середовища

Abstract

У статті представлено обґрунтування необхідності оптимізації структури капіталу підприємства з урахуванням факторів ризику та невизначеності економічного середовища. Запропоновано використання безпосередньо власного фінансового потенціалу підприємства, яке обумовлює нейтралізацію фінансових загроз та ризиків. Проілюстровано сильні та слабкі сторони, можливості та загрози управління структурою капіталу підприємства у сучасних економічних умовах. На основі впровадження таких інструментів виявлення перспектив оптимізації капіталу, як SWOT – аналіз, SPACE – аналіз, PEST - аналіз, розроблено матрицю впливу факторів на формування стратегії оптимізації структури капіталу. Представлено основні етапи реалізації заходів оптимізації структури капіталу, які спрямовані на активне економічне зростання підприємства. Відображено місце та важливість ризик-менеджменту в системі управління структурою капіталу підприємства.

The article presents the rationale for the need to optimize the capital structure of the enterprise, taking into account risk factors and uncertainty of the economic environment. In complex dynamic conditions of the economic environment optimization of capital structure is one of the most important and complex tasks solved in the process of financial management of the enterprise. The formation of structural components of capital is influenced by a wide range of external and internal factors that are inherent in the economic space in which the company operates. The implementation of feasible management decisions of financial management requires careful study of the likely factors influencing the management of the capital structure of the enterprise. Efficient capital management is provided by building an optimal structure of sources of financing for the enterprise. It is proposed to use directly the company's own financial potential, which causes the neutralization of financial threats and risks. The strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of managing the capital structure of an enterprise in modern economic conditions are illustrated. Based on the introduction of such tools to identify prospects for optimizing capital, such as SWOT analysis, SPACE analysis, PEST analysis, a matrix has been developed for the influence of factors on the formation of a strategy for optimizing the capital structure. The main stages of implementation of measures to optimize the capital structure, aimed at active economic growth of enterprise are presented. The place and importance of risk management in the capital management system of the enterprise is displayed. The importance of studying the optimization of capital structure is conditioned by the need to formulate a toolk it for defining this structure in order to ensure a timely and effective response to the volatility and uncertainty of the economic environment, and constitutes an indispensable condition for the stability of the functioning of domestic enterprises. The current conditions of economy generates the need to choose an adequate method for determining the optimal capital structure.
