Система показників та методичні підходи дозволять визначити ефективність або неефективність перебігу процесів, вкаже на низьку результативність і сприятиме швидкому вирішенню проблемних питань в саме тій частині бізнес-процесу, де це необхідно.

The use of a well-developed system of indicators of business processes is the key to the successful implementation of the process approach to the activities of an enterprise or organization. The system of indicators and methodological approaches will determine the effectiveness or inefficiency of the processes, indicate low performance and will help to quickly resolve problematic issues in the very part of the business process where it is needed.
