Питання аналізу економічної заможності підприємств будівельного сектору

Abstract

Досліджено напрямки аналізу економічної заможності з урахуванням особливостей будівельної галузі. При висвітленні рівня ефективності фінансової складової економічної заможності підприємств будівельного сектору запропоновано зосередити увагу на динаміці таких показників ділової активності, як середній термін погашення дебіторської та кредиторської заборгованості. Відзначено, що при уповільненні ділової активності (оборотності) та наявності позитивних тенденцій рентабельності підприємству можуть загрожувати перспективні проблеми з виконанням своїх кредиторських зобов’язань.The directions of the economic prosperity analysis taking into account the features of the construction industry are investigated. When highlighting the level of effectiveness of the financial component of the economic prosperity of construction sector enterprises, it is proposed to focus on the dynamics of such indicators of business activity as the average maturity of accounts receivable and payable. It is noted that in case of slowing down of business activity (turnover) and presence of positive profitability tendencies the enterprise may face perspective problems with the fulfillment of their creditors' obligations.
