Державне регулювання зайнятості населення в регіоні (на прикладі Одеської області)

Abstract

У роботі розглянуто соціально-економічну сутність поняття зайнятості населення, визначено основні механізми та інструменти державного регулювання зайнятості населення, охарактеризовано нормативно-правове забезпечення державного регулювання зайнятості населення в Україні та Одеській області. Проаналізовано стан зайнятості населення в Україні, надано оцінку основним тенденціям зайнятості населення в Одеській області та зроблено прогноз рівня зайнятості населення в Одеській області. За результатами аналізу визначено основні проблеми та запропоновано напрями вдосконалення державного регулювання зайнятості в Одеській області.

The paper deals with the socio-economic essence of the concept of employment of the population, identifies the main mechanisms and instruments of state regulation of employment, describes the normative and legal provision of state regulation of employment in Ukraine and the Odessa region. The state of employment of the population in Ukraine is analyzed, the estimation of the main tendencies of employment in Odesa region is given and the forecast of the level of employment in the Odesa region is made. According to the results of the analysis, the main problems were identified and directions for improving the state regulation of employment in the Odesa region were proposed.
