| Abstract: | У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування стратегії розвитку підприємства та види статегій.
Проведено аналіз фінансової діяльності ТОВ «УКРРІД», досліджено його внутрішнє та зовнішнє середовище. Запропонована стратегія розвитку ТОВ «УКРРІД».
Проведено економічне обгрунтування ефективності запропонованого заходу щодо стратегічного розвитку підприємства. Проаналізовані можливі ризики та запропоновані заходи щодо їх мінімізації. The work deals with theoretical aspects of of formation of the development strategy is carried out and types of strategies. Financial activity of the LLC «UKRRID» is analyzed, its internal environment and its external environment are investigated. The development strategy of the LLC «UKRRID» is offered. The economic efficiency of the development strategy of the LLC «UKRRID» was reviewed. The possible risks were analyzed and measures to minimize them were proposed. |
