Економічне обґрунтування стратегії розвитку підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Юг-Поліграф»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються поняття та класифікація стратегії розвитку підприємства, етапи та методологічні аспекти її розробки. Проаналізовано організаційно-економічну та фінансово-господарську діяльність ТОВ «Юг-Поліграф», проведена оцінка зовнішнього середовища, обґрунтовано необхідність розробки стратегії розвитку підприємства. Запропоновано план заходів щодо формування стратегії розвитку на ТОВ «Юг-Поліграф», проведено оцінку економічної ефективності запропонованого проекту, виявлено можливі ризики проекту та шляхи їх мінімізації.

The concept and classification of enterprise development strategy, stages and methodological aspects of its development are considered in this diploma. The organizational-economic, financial and economic activity of LLC “Jug-Poligraph” was analyzed, the evaluation of the external environment was carried out, the necessity of development of the enterprise development strategy was substantiated. The plan of measures for formation of development strategy for LLC “Jug-Poligraph” is proposed, an estimation of the economic efficiency of the proposed project was conducted, the potential risks of the project and the ways of their minimization are revealed.
