Особливості планування чисельності керівників та фахівців в зарубіжній практиці

Abstract

У статті розкрито питання визначення потреби керівників в організації, зокрема наголошується, що в зарубіжних організаціях планування відбувається на основі застосування різних моделей. Теоретична база складається з праць таких вчених як Кібанова А., Файоля А., Форда Г.,Терещенко О., Автор акцентує увагу на аналізі особливостей планування чисельності керівників та фахівців в зарубіжній практиці. Автор пропонує з метою удосконалення роботи планування чисельності керівників та фахівців в українських організаціях в подальших дослідженнях цієї теми передбачити апробацію мультисекторальної динамічної моделі Cambridge Multisectoral Dynamic Model of the British Economy (MDM) (Великобританія), яка дозволяє спрогнозувати потребу в кваліфікованих кадрах.The article deals with the issues of determining the needs of heads in the organization in particular, it is noted that in foreign organizations planning is based on the use of different models. The theoretical base consists of the works of such scientists as A. Kibanova, A. fayol, G. Ford,A. Tereshchenko, the Author focuses on the analysis of the features of planning the number of managers and specialists in foreign practice. The author proposes to improve the planning of the number of managers and specialists in Ukrainian organizations in further research on this topic to provide for the approbation of multisectoral dynamic model Cambridge Multisectoral Dynamic Model of the British Economy (MDM) (UK), which allows to predict the need for qualified personnel.
