Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та методичні аспекти антикризового фінансового управління підприємством. Проаналізовано фінансовий стан ПАТ «Одесагаз». Спрогнозована імовірність банкрутства підприємства. Запропонован комплекс антикризових заходів щодо стабілізації фінансового стану ПАТ «Одесагаз». Виявлені шляхи удосконалення системи фінансового планування та прогнозування на підприємстві.Diploma thesis deals with theoretical and methodical aspects of the crisis financial management of the enterprise. The financial condition of PJSC "Odesagas" is analyzed. Probable probability of bankruptcy of the enterprise. A complex of anti-crisis measures to stabilize the financial state of PJSC "Odesagas" is offered. The ways of improvement of the system of financial planning and forecasting at the enterprise are revealed.
