Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти сутності активів, методи аналізу активів, зміст управління активами підприємства, функції та джерела їх фінансування. Проаналізована фінансова діяльність підприємства за останні п’ять років за основними показниками для виявлення недоліків управління активами на підприємстві.. Запропоновані рекомендації щодо покращення методів управління активами підприємства та побудована економіко-математична модель рентабельності активів.Master's work consists of three sections. The object of research is the economic processes that arise when using assets at the enterprise In this work, the theoretical aspects of the essence of assets, methods of analysis of assets, the content of asset management of an enterprise, functions and sources of their financing are considered. The financial activity of the enterprise for the last five years has been analyzed on the main indicators for revealing of deficiencies of asset management on enterprises. The recommendations for improving the methods of asset management of the enterprise are proposed and the economic-mathematical model of profitability of assets is constructed.
