Удосконалення системи соціальної відповідальності на підприємстві

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та практичні аспекти удосконалення системи соціальної відповідальності підприємства. Уточнено зміст поняття «корпоративна соціальна відповідальність», визначено основні рівні, принципи та форми прояву корпоративної соціальної відповідальності; охарактеризовано систему та методи діючої системи соціальної відповідальності ПАТ «Одескабель» як у зовнішньому так і внутрішньому середовищі підприємства; за допомогою соціологічного дослідження проаналізовано ступінь задоволення найманими працівниками діючого на підприємстві соціального пакету; запропоновано шляхи удосконалення діючої системи соціальної відповідальності Одеського кабельного заводу як у зовнішньому так і внутрішньому середовищі підприємства.

The work considers theoretical and practical aspects of improving the system of corporate social responsibility. The content of the concept «corporate social responsibility» is specified, the main levels, principles and forms of corporate social responsibility are defined; the system and methods of the existing system of social responsibility of PJS «Odeskabel» in the external and internal environment of the enterprise are characterized; with the help of sociological research the degree of satisfaction of hired employees of the social package operating at the enterprise is analyzed; The ways of improvement of the existing system of social responsibility of the Odessa cable factory both in the external and internal environment of the enterprise are offered.
