Організація контролінгу на підприємстві (на прикладі ПАТ «Одеський кабельний завод «Одескабель»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти контролінгу, його роль в системі управління підприємством та особливості його функцій в організації. Проаналізовано основні фінансово-економічні показники діяльності та систему контролінгу досліджуваного підприємства. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо інтеграції елементів Balanced Score Card в систему контролінгу ПАТ «Одеський кабельний завод «Одескабель», на основі розглянутого досвіду впровадження системи Balanced Score Card.

Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of aspects of controlling, its role in the enterprise management system and the features of its functions in the organization. The main financial-economic indicators of activity and controlling system of the investigated enterprise are analyzed. The recommendations for integrating elements of Balanced Score Card in controlling PJSC "Odessa cable factory" Odeskabel" based on the experience of implementation of the Balanced Score Card system, are suggested.
