Шляхи підвищення ефективності господарської діяльності готелю Maristella Marine Rеsidence

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти підвищення ефективності господарської діяльності підприємств готельної сфери, виділено такі основні поняття як «ефективність», «економічна ефективність», «ефективність господарської діяльності», та методи оцінки ефективності господарської діяльності підприємств готельного господарства. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність готельного підприємства «Maristella Marine Residence» та досліджено динаміку витрат готелю за елементами. Проведено оцінювання конкурентних переваг готелю «Maristella Marine Residence» на основі профілю його конкурентів та карти стратегічних груп. Визначено, що моделювання бізнес-процесів за методикою IDEF0 є одним із головних інструментів управління ефективністю господарської діяльності готельного підприємства. Запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення ефективності праці персоналу на основі моделювання бізнес - процесів у готелі. Рекомендовано придбання нового обладнання, у першу чергу технологічне обладнання щодо обслуговування номерного фонду готелю.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of improving the effectiveness of business enterprises of the hotel sector, such basic concepts as “efficiency”, “economic efficiency”, “the efficiency of economic activity”, and methods for evaluating the efficiency of economic activity of enterprises of the hotel industry. Author analyzed the financial and economic activities of the hotel enterprise “Maristella Marine Residence” and investigated the dynamics of hotel expenses by elements. An assessment was made of the competitive advantages of the “Maristella Marine Residence” hotel based on the profile of its competitors and the map of strategic groups. Definitely, modeling business processes using the IDEF0 method is one of the main tools for managing the economic performance of a hotel enterprise. Author proposed ways to enhance the effectiveness of staff labour in the hotel based on the modelling of business processes in the hotel. It is recommended to purchase new equipment, primarily technological equipment for servicing the hotel rooms.
