У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи організації надання послуг в кафе; вивчено сутність кафе як типу закладів ресторанного господарства; виявлено особливості обслуговування в кафе; розглянуто світові тенденції розвитку кафе у складі підприємств ресторанного господарства.The qualifying work discusses the theoretical foundations of the organization of the provision of services in a cafe; studied the essence of the cafe as a type of restaurant facilities; revealed features of service in the cafe; global trends in the development of cafes as part of the restaurant industry enterprises are considered.
