В роботі розглядаються теоретичні теоретико-методологічні засади соціального партнерства, соціально-економічне значення соціального партнерства, поняття та природа соціального партнерства на підприємстві, зарубіжний досвід соціального партнерства.The article deals with theoretical theoretical and methodological principles of social partnership, the socio-economic importance of social partnership, the concept and nature of social partnership in the enterprise, and the foreign experience of social partnership.
