Напрямки забезпечення місцевого економічного розвитку міста (на прикладі м. Новоукраїнка)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – процес розробки заходів місцевого економічного розвитку міста. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти розвитку територій: поняття місцевого економічного розвитку міста, нормативно-правові засади стратегічного планування в Україні на місцевому рівні, методичні підходи до формування програми економічного розвитку міста, основні елементи механізму її реалізації. Проаналізовано економічний стан розвитку м. Новоукраїнка , виявлено основні тенденції розвитку, визначені сильні та слабкі сторони міста, можливості та загрози зовнішнього середовища. Запропоновано актуалізацію стратегію розвитку м. Новоукраїнка у 2018 році на період до 2025 р., визначені стратегічні цілі соціально-економічного розвитку міста, пріоритети, операційні завдання та плани, надані рекомендації щодо розробці економічної програми розвитку міста, розроблено план дій з реалізації проекту створення о сільськогосподарського обслуговуючого кооперативу "Ягідка" у рамках програми розвитку міста.

Thesis consists of three chapters. The object of the research is the process of development of measures of local economic development of the city. The theoretical aspects of the development of the territories are considered: the concept of local economic development of the city, the legal framework of strategic planning in Ukraine at the local level, methodical approaches to the formation of the program of economic development of the city, the main elements of the mechanism of its implementation. The economic development of the city of Novoukrainka has been analyzed, the main tendencies of development are identified, the strengths and weaknesses of the city, the possibilities and threats of the environment are determined. The proposed strategy for the development of the city of Novoukrainka in 2018 for the period up to 2025 is proposed, the strategic goals of the city's social and economic development, priorities, operational tasks and plans, recommendations for the development of the economic development program of the city, the action plan for the implementation of the project on the development of Agricultural servicing cooperative "Jgidka" within the framework of the city development program.
