Дослідження та прогнозування кон’юнктури ринку м'яса та м'ясних виробів України

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – ринок м’яса та м’ясних виробів України, його стан та перспективи розвитку. Розглянуто сутність та особливості кон’юнктурних досліджень; методичні підходи щодо дослідження кон’юнктури ринку; економіко-математичні моделі у прогнозуванні ринкової кон’юнктури. Надано загальну оцінку стану ринку м’яса та м’ясних виробів України; виявлено тенденції розвитку ринку м’яса та м’ясних виробів України; визначено місце України на ринку м’яса. Визначено основні проблеми зміцнення позицій України на світовому ринку м’яса; здійснено прогнозування стану ринку м’яса та м’ясних виробів України.

Master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of research is the meat and meat products market of Ukraine, its state and development prospects. The essence and features of conjuncture studies are considered; methodological approaches to market research; economic and mathematical models in forecasting market conditions. A general assessment of the state of the meat market of Ukraine is given; the tendencies of development of the meat and meat products market of Ukraine are revealed; the place of Ukraine in the meat and meat products is determined. The main problems of strengthening of Ukraine's positions on the world meat market are determined; forecasting the state of the Ukrainian meat market was made.
