Державне регулювання ринку праці (на прикладі Одеської області)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти державного регулювання ринку праці, кількісна характеристика явищ і процесів, які відбуваються на ринку праці України та в Одеському регіоні, а також розробка пропозицій відносно удосконалення державної політики у напрямі регулювання ринку праці та зайнятості населення. Проаналізовано ринок праці , його фукнції та елементи , визначено основні моделі ринку праці та ефективність їх функціонування та механізм державного регулювання ринку праці в сучасних умовах. Виявлені основні тенденції соціально-економічного розвитку Одеської області та сучасний стан на ринку праці. Сформовані приорітетні напрями реалізації ефективної державної політики зайнятості, розроблено прогноз та виявлено економічну та соціальну ефективність державного регулювання ринку праці. Надані пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізму державного регулювання зайнятості населення.

Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of diversification at enterprises; the essence of the concept of “diversification” is defined, the types of diversification and varieties of diversification measures are reviewed and factors influencing the choice of diversification strategy are identified. Master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the research is the process of development of measures of local economic development of the city. The theoretical aspects of the state regulation of the labor market, the quantitative description of the phenomena and processes taking place in the labor market of Ukraine and in the Odessa region are considered in the paper, as well as the development of proposals concerning the improvement of the state policy in the direction of regulating the labor market and employment of the population. The labor market, its functions and elements are analyzed, the basic models of the labor market and their functioning and the mechanism of state regulation of the labor market in modern conditions are determined. The main tendencies of the socio-economic development of the Odessa region and the current state of the labor market are revealed. The priority directions of the implementation of effective state employment policy have been formed, the forecast has been developed and the economic and social efficiency of the state regulation of the labor market has been identified. Provided suggestions on improvement of the mechanism of state regulation of employment of the population.
