Боргова безпека

Abstract

Структурна частина реферату складається з загальної характеристики роботи, основний зміст роботи та висновків. Об’єкт дослідження є боргова безпека держави. В роботі визначено сутність, економічну природу боргової безпеки держави. Визначено роль і місце боргової безпеки в системі фінансової безпеки держави, її вплив на стан державних фінансів; узагальнено зарубіжний досвід механізму забезпечення боргової безпеки держави. Здійснено аналіз системи індикаторів боргової безпеки України за методикою МВФ, за національною методикою; систематизовано основні проблеми забезпечення боргової безпеки та фактори впливу на її рівень в Україні та визначено стратегічні напрями удосконалення механізму боргової безпеки в Україні.

The structural part of the abstract consists of a general description of the work, the main content of the work and conclusions. The object of research is the debt security of the state. In the work, the essence, economic nature of the debt security of the state is determined. The role and place of debt security in the system of financial security of the state, its influence on the state of public finances is determined; generalized foreign experience of the mechanism of debt security of the state. The analysis of the system of debt security indicators of Ukraine according to the method of the IMF, according to the national methodology; the main problems of securing debt security and factors of influence on its level in Ukraine are systematized and strategic directions of improvement of the mechanism of debt security in Ukraine are determined.
