Казначейська система: проблеми та перспективи розвитку

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єкт дослідження – казначейська система обслуговування Державного бюджету. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти становлення та розвитку казначейської системи; визначено організаційно-правові основи діяльності Державної казначейської служби. Проаналізовано казначейське обслуговування Державного та місцевих бюджетів на прикладі Державної казначейської служби України в Одеській області в розрізі доходів та видатків; проаналізовано функціонування єдиним казначейським рахунком. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення та розроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення управління видатками при казначейському обслуговуванні бюджетів.

Thesis consists of three chapters. The object of the study is the Treasury system of servicing the State Budget. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of of the formation and development of the treasury system are considered in the paper; the organizational and legal foundations of the activity of the State Treasury Service are determined. The treasury service of the State and local budgets has been analyzed on the example of the State Tax Administration of the in the State Treasury service of Ukraine in Odesa region in terms of incomes and expenditures; the functioning of the unified treasury account was analyzed. The directions of improvement were proposed and proposals were elaborated on improving the management of expenditures in treasury service budgets.
