Abstract

Мета дослідження Наукове обґрунтування економічної природи державного боргу; виявлення основних тенденцій і специфічних особливостей формування державного боргу в Україні; обґрунтування концептуальних засад щодо вдосконалення механізму управління державним боргом та його обслуговування в умовах перехідної економіки України.Aim of the research Scientific substantiation of the economic nature of public debt; identification of the main tendencies and specific features of the formation of the national debt in Ukraine; substantiation of conceptual bases for improvement of the mechanism of public debt management and its servicing in the conditions of the transitional economy of Ukraine.
