Розробка стратегії диверсифікації рекреаційно-оздоровчих послуг (на прикладі центру дельфінотерапії «НЕМО»)

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об'єкт дослідження – процес надання рекреаційно-оздоровчих послуг. У роботі розглядається сутність та значення рекреаційно-оздоровчих послуг, підходи до класифікації рекреаційних послуг, диверсифікація як сучасний напрямок розвитку рекреаційно-оздоровчих послуг. Проаналізовано сутність методу дельфінотерапії, надано загальну організаційну характеристику центру дельфінотерапії «НЕМО», здійснено оцінку ефективності використання методу дельфінотерапії для оздоровлення дітей. Запропоновано напрями диверсифікації послуг центру дельфінотерапії «НЕМО», обґрунтовано проект впровадження дельфінотерапії для дорослих в центрі «НЕМО».

Master's degree work consists of three chapters. The object of research is the process of providing recreational and health services. The essence of the concept of dolphin therapy is considered in the article, the importance and necessity of this method for adults is determined, the general organizational-economic characteristic of the NEMO rehabilitation center is provided. The main economic indicators of activity for the implementation of the NEMO Rehabilitation Center for adults have been analyzed. The introduction of new procedures for rehabilitation was proposed, the projected profit and loss account for the NEMO rehabilitation center was constructed and the payback period of the project of the organization of the rehabilitation center "Nemo" was calculated.
