Організаційно-методичні засади діяльності сучасних банківських установ в Україні

Abstract

У роботі розглянуті сучасні проблеми організаційної структури та визначається закономірність історичного розвитку банківських установ; проведено аналіз сучасного стану та організації діяльності банків в умовах цифрової економіки та вивчення міжнародного досвіду організації їх діяльності. На основі проведеного аналізу організації банківських установ України зроблені висновки щодо теоретичних та методичних положень, які можуть бути використані як пропозиції щодо розвитку діджиталізації банківських установ в Україні. Пiд чaс дoслiдження викoристoвyвaлися нaстyпнi зaгaльнoнayкoвi метoди: yзaгaльнення тa системaтизaцiя; порівняння.

The work considers modern problems of the organizational structure of banking institutions; the pattern of historical development of banking institutions is determined; An analysis of the current state of banks activity was conducted; An analysis of the organization of the activities of modern banks in the digital economy and the study of international experience in the organization of banks activity was conducted. On the basis of the analysis of the organization of banking institutions of Ukraine, conclusions are drawn on the theoretical and methodological provisions that can be used as suggestions on the development of deductibility of banking institutions in Ukraine. In the course of the investigation, we have been used such methods like: methodologies and systemizations; comparison.
