Джерела фінансування суб’єктів підприємництва

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи процесу управління джерелами фінансування діяльності суб’єктів підприємництва,визначаються особливості використання власних та позикових фінансових ресурсів, досліджуються чинники, що впливають на формування структури джерел фінансування діяльності підприємств. Проаналізовані сучасні тенденції розвитку ринку готельного господарства, нормативно-правові акти, що регламентують діяльність суб’єктів підприємництва у даній галузі. Проведено дослідження особливостей діяльності «Готельного комплексу «Одеса» та визначені особливості структури фінансування діяльності. Виділено основні проблеми, що стримують розвиток підприємств галузі в сфері фінансування діяльності. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності використання фінансових ресурсів підприємства.

The article deals with the theoretical basis of the process of managing sources of financing of business entities, identifies the features of using equity and debt financial resources, and investigates the factors that influence on the formation of the structure of sources of enterprises’ funding. The modern tendencies of development of the market of hotel industry and regulatory and legal acts regulating the activity of business entities in this field were analyzed. The study of the features of the hotel complex "Odessa" was carried out and features of the financing structure of the activity were determined. The main problems, which hamper the development of the enterprises of the branch in the field of financing activities, are highlighted. Recommendations for increasing the efficiency of using financial resources of the enterprise are offered.
