Кредитування населення: сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку в Україні

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи кредитування населення, як найважливішою характеристикою його діяльності в умовах ринкової економіки України, з`ясовано сутність споживчого кредитування комерційного банку, а також особливості діяльності комерційних банків на вітчизняному ринку. Проаналізовано існуючі підходи до класифікації кредитування населення; нормативно-правові акти, що регламентують фінансовий аналіз комерційного банку. Проведено дослідження особливостей діяльності КБ АТ “ПриватБанк” у банківському секторі фінансового ринка України. Виділено основні проблеми, що стримують розвиток операцій з кредитування банків. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо підвищення якості кредитування населення КБ АТ “ПриватБанк”.

The article deals with the theoretical basis of lending to the population as the most important characteristic of its activity in the conditions of the market economy of Ukraine, the essence of consumer lending of the commercial bank is described, as well as the peculiarities of the activity of commercial banks in the domestic market. The existing approaches to the classification of lending to the population are analyzed; regulatory legal acts regulating the financial analysis of a commercial bank. The study of the features of the activity of the Bank of PrivatBank JSC in the banking sector of the financial market of Ukraine was conducted. The main problems that restrain the development of bank lending operations are highlighted. Recommendations for improving the quality of lending to the population of KB PrivatBank JSC are offered.
