dc.description.abstract	У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування та реалізації конкурентної стратегії підприємства, зокрема її визначення у різних наукових джерелах та класифікація конкурентних переваг, що можуть бути в її основі. Проаналізовано стан ринку послуг роздрібної торгівлі товарами повсякденного попиту України. Запропоновано порядок формування конкурентної стратегії ТОВ «Руш» та заходи з її реалізації.	ru_RU
dc.description.abstract	The theoretical aspects of the formation and implementation of the enterprise's competitive strategy are considered. In particular its definition in various scientific sources and the classification of competitive advantages is analyzed. The state of Ukrainian market of retail trade in daily demand's goods is analyzed. The procedure for forming the competitive strategy of "Rush LTD" and the measures for its implementation are proposed.
