dc.description.abstract	У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та практичні аспекти управління залученими ресурсами фінансової установи (на прикладі комерційного банку). Проведено аналіз фінансової діяльності банку та визначена позиція банку на ринку фінансових послуг. Досліджені особливості управління залученими ресурсами банку та проведено оцінку ефективності формування фінансових ресурсів в ПАТ КБ «Приватбанк». Визначені основні напрямки удосконалення механізму управління залученими ресурсами комерційних банків.	ru_RU
dc.description.abstract	The paper deals with theoretical and practical aspects of managing the resources of a financial institution (as an example of a commercial bank). The analysis of the financial activity of the bank is conducted and the position of the bank in the financial services market is determined. The peculiarities of managing the attracted resources of the bank are investigated and the efficiency of financial resources formation in PJSC CB «Privatbank» is evaluated. The main directions of improvement of the mechanism of management of attracted resources of commercial banks are determined.
