Асортимент, якість та експертиза мʹяконабивних іграшок

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування асортименту дитячих іграшок на ринку України; визначено показники споживчих властивостей для товарознавчої експертизи якості іграшок; проведено аналіз нормативно-технічної документації та сучасної законодавчої бази щодо товарознавчої експертизи та правил продажу іграшок. Представлені характеристика об’єктів та методів дослідження; визначено вимоги до якості; проведено товарознавчу експертизу якості зразків мʹяконабивних іграшок; проведено комплексну оцінку відповідності іграшок показникам споживчих властивостей з використанням експертного методу. Запропоновано методику експертного методу доповнити новими показниками. Розроблено методику проведення інспекційної перевірки дитячих іграшок та надано рекомендації споживачам щодо захисту своїх прав при придбанні та використанні іграшок.

The paper considers the theoretical aspects of the formation of an assortment of children's toys on the Ukrainian market and indicators of consumer properties for merchandising expertise of the quality of toys are defined. The analysis of regulatory and technical documentation and the current legislative framework for merchandising expertise and rules for the sale of toys was carried out.. Description of objects and methods of research is presented; requirements to quality are defined; the science expertise of the quality of samples of soft stuffed toys is conducted; the complex estimation of conformity of toys to indicators of consumer properties with use of an expert method is conducted It is proposed to supplement the methodology of the expert method with new indicators A methodology for the inspection of children's toys has been developed and recommendations have been given to consumers to protect their rights when purchasing and using toys.
