Формування та використання золотовалютних резрвів НБУ

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти формування та використання золотовалютних резервів. Розглянуто підходи до трактування поняття золотовалютні резерви. Проаналізовано склад, структуру та динаміку офіційних резервів України, вимірювання їхнього оптимальний розміру. Досліджено вплив золотовалютних резервів на фінансову стійкість країни. Досліджено міжнародний досвід формування та використання золотовалютних резервів. Зопропоновано шляхи вирішення виявлених проблем при управлінні золотовалютними резервами НБУ.

The paper considers the theoretical aspects of the formation and use of gold and foreign exchange reserves. Approaches to the interpretation of the concept of gold and foreign exchange reserves are considered. The composition, structure and dynamics of official reserves of Ukraine, as well as the measurement of their optimal size are analyzed. The influence of gold and foreign exchange reserves on the financial stability of the country is studied. International experience in the formation and use of gold and foreign exchange reserves is studied. The ways of solving the identified problems in the management of the NBU's gold and foreign exchange reserves are proposed.
