Економічне обґрунтування проекту створення логістичного комплексу

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади започаткування власної справи в Україні у сфері логістики: розглянуто бізнес-ідею започаткування власної справи на ринку логістичних послуг; досліджуються умови організації та здійснення підприємницької діяльності в Україні у сфері логістики; обґрунтовується вибір організаційно-правової форми підприємницької діяльності та системи оподаткування. Проаналізовано конкурентне середовище у сфері логістичних послуг та визначені внутрішні конкурентні переваги створюваного логістичного комплексу. Запропоновано проект створення логістичного комплексу. Сформовано стартовий капітал на реалізацію проекту, розраховані поточні витрати та спрогнозовано прибуток від надання логістичних послуг. Здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності реалізації проекту, охарактеризовані можливі ризики реалізації проекту та шляхи їх мінімізації

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of starting a business in Ukraine in the sphere of logistic: considered the business idea of starting a business in the market of logistics services; investigated the conditions of organization and business activity in Ukraine in logistics; justified the choice of the legal form of business and taxation. Author analysis the competitive environment in the field of logistic and determines the internal competitive advantages of the created business. Author offers the project of creation of logistic complex. The initial capital for the project is formed, current expenses are calculated and the profit from provision of logistics services. The feasibility of the project implementation is feasible, the possible risks of the project implementation and the ways of minimizing them are described.
