Обгрунтування перспектив розвитку цукрової галузі на макрорівні

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та організаційно-економічні засади формування цукрової галузі: здійснено аналіз поняття «галузь»; визначено сутнісну характеристику цукрової галузі, її історію та етапи становлення; досліджено особливості державного регулювання цукрової галузі в Україні та Світі. Проаналізовано стан розвитку та рівень ефективності функціонування бурякоцукрового виробництва в Україні. Проведено комплексну характеристику стану цукрової галузі в Світі та визначено місце України в ньому. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності функціонування цукрового комплексу в Україні. Здійснено розрахунок прогнозних показників розвитку цукрової галузі України.

Thesis deals with theoretical and organizational and economic principles of the formation of the sugar industry: the analysis of the concept of "industry"; the essential characteristics of the sugar industry, its history and stages of formation are determined; the peculiarities of state regulation of the sugar industry in Ukraine and the World are studied. Author analysis the state of development and the level of efficiency of beet - sugar production in Ukraine. A comprehensive description of the state of the sugar industry in the world and the place of Ukraine in it. Ways to increase the efficiency of the sugar complex in Ukraine are proposed. The calculation of forecast indicators of development of the sugar industry of Ukraine is carried out.
