Сучасний стан та тенденції розвитку міжнародного ринку боргових зобов’язань

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти засади функціонування міжнародного ринку боргових зобов’язань: досліджена сутність боргових зобов’язань та їх роль у міжнародному фінансуванні; розглянуте поняття та основи функціонування міжнародного ринку боргових зобов’язань; охарактеризовані основні інструменти міжнародного ринку боргових зобов’язань. Проаналізовано практичні аспекти функціонування міжнародного ринку боргових зобов’язань в сучасних умовах: розглянуті особливості еволюційного розвитку міжнародного ринку боргових зобов’язань; визначена структура та динаміка міжнародного ринку боргових цінних паперів; зроблена оцінка структурування та функціонування сучасного ринку синдикованих кредитів. Запропоновано перспективні напрямки розвитку сучасного ринку боргових зобов’язань та оптимізації фінансових інструментів боргового фінансування.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of the principle of functioning of the international debt market: the essence of debt obligations and their role in international financing is studied; the concept and bases of functioning of the international market of debt obligations are considered; the main instruments of the international debt market are described. The practical aspects of functioning of the international market of debt obligations in modern conditions are analyzed: features of evolutionary development of the international market of debt obligations are considered; the structure and dynamics of the international debt securities market are determined; an assessment of the structuring and functioning of the modern syndicated loan market is made. Prospective directions of development of the modern debt market and optimization of financial instruments of debt financing are proposed.
