Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти функціонування світового валютного ринку: розглянуте поняття, класифікація та роль валюти та валютного ринку; охарактеризовані функції міжнародного валютного ринку та його учасники; досліджені сутність та види валютних операцій. Проаналізовано практичні аспекти функціонування світового валютного ринку в сучасних умовах: розглянуті особливості еволюційного розвитку світової валютної системи та валютного ринку; визначені тенденцій розвитку світового валютного ринку; досліджено характер використання інструментів валютного регулювання. Запропоновано напрями подальшої трансформації світового валютного ринку; надана оцінка проблем та протиріч сучасного функціонування міжнародної валютної системи; досліджені ризики подальшого розвитку світового валютного ринку.

The work deals with the theoretical aspects of the functioning of the world currency market: the concept, classification and role of currency and the foreign exchange market; the functions of the international currency market and its participants are characterized; the essence and types of currency transactions have been investigated. The practical aspects of the functioning of the world currency market in modern conditions are analyzed: the features of the evolutionary development of the world currency system and the currency market are considered; identified the development trends of the world foreign exchange market; investigated the nature of the use of instruments of currency regulation. The directions of further transformation of the world currency market are offered; an assessment of the problems and contradictions of the current functioning of the international monetary system; the risks of further development of the world currency market are investigated.
