Рівень впливу іноземних інвестицій на соціально-економічний розвиток Одеської області

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження даної роботи є іноземні інвестиції в Одеську область як фактор соціально-економічного розвитку регіону У роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти впливу інвестицій на соціально-економічний розвиток регіонів, проаналізовано методику оцінки іноземних інвестицій на стан економіки. Проаналізовано провідні джерела надходжень іноземних інвестицій в економіку Одеської області та їх роль в реалізації соціально значущих проєктів і розвитку економіки регіону в цілому. Виокремлено ключові переваги області, що потенційно є каталізаторами інвестиційної привабливості Одеського регіону. Розглянуто наявні в області проєкти, що сприяють залученню іноземних інвестицій та запропоновано методи для вдосконалення інвестиційного клімату Одеської області в цілому.

The master's thesis consists of three sections. The object of study of this work is foreign investment in the Odessa region as a factor of socio-economic development of the region The paper considers the theoretical aspects of the impact of investment on the socio-economic development of the regions, analyzes the methodology for assessing foreign investment in the economy. The leading sources of foreign investment in the economy of Odessa region and their role in the implementation of socially significant projects and economic development of the region as a whole are analyzed. The key advantages of the region, which are potentially catalysts for investment attractiveness of the Odessa region, are highlighted. The existing projects in the region that promote foreign investment are considered and methods are proposed to improve the investment climate of Odessa region in general, in particular by creating an economically attractive climate for investment in the region due to favorable investment conditions and creating a business company in the form of investment club. the level of awareness of potential investors about the existing prospects for development.
