Організація і регулювання транспортних послуг в туристській діяльності

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – процес впровадження інноваційних форм організації екскурсій в туризмі. Предметом дослідження є науково-практичні питання доцільності впровадження інноваційних форм організації екскурсій в туризмі. Метою роботи є розробка екскурсії за інноваційною формою організації її проведення, а саме за схемою квесту. У роботі проаналізовано теоретичні основи екскурсійного обслуговування, розглянуто організаційно-правове забезпечення екскурсійної діяльності, виявлено особливість організації діяльності туристичного підприємства в сфері екскурсійних послуг. Аналізується інноваційний підхід до організації екскурсій в туризмі. Оцінюється ефективність проведення квест-екскурсії в м. Одеса. За результатами дослідження сформульована доцільність впровадження квест-екскурсій до асортименту екскурсій туристичного підприємства. Проаналізована ефективність, враховуючи прибуток та витрати на впровадження заходів.

The qualifying work consists an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, list of sources used. The object of research is the process of introduction of innovative forms of organization of excursions in tourism. The subject of the research is scientific and practical issues of expediency of introduction of innovative forms of organization of excursions in tourism. The purpose of the work is to develop a tour of the innovative form of organization of its holding, namely the scheme of the quest. The paper analyzes the theoretical foundations of excursion services, considers the organizational and legal support of excursion activities, identifies the peculiarities of the organization of the tourist enterprise in the field of excursion services. The innovative approach to the organization of excursions in tourism is analyzed. The effectiveness of the quest tour in Odesa is evaluated. According to the results of the study, the expediency of introducing quest excursions to the range of excursions of a tourist enterprise is formulated. The efficiency is analyzed, taking into account the profit and costs of implementing measures.
