Abstract

Розглянуто динаміку формування видатків на освіту у бюджетній системі України як важливої складової економіки знань та зменшення соціальної нерівності. Наголошено, що Саме освітня складова визначає потенціал для розвитку людського капіталу в умовах економіки знань, тобто знання як ресурс формують базу для участі у виробництві та розподілі ВВП, і як наслідок, можливості отримати доходи для забезпечення розвитку кожного окремого громадянина

The dynamics of the formation of education expenditures in the budgetary system of Ukraine as an important component of the knowledge economy and the reduction of social inequality are considered.
