Особливості обліку й контролю виробництва та реалізації готової продукції (на прикладі ТОВ Телекарт-Прилад)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та практичні аспекти обліку й контролю виробництва та реалізації готової продукції на прикладі ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Проаналізовано сутність та класифікації готової продукції, організаційно- методичні особливості обліку й контролю, існуючі проблемні питання. Проведено аналіз ефективності виробництва і реалізації готової продукції в ТОВ «Телекарт-Прилад». Запропоновано внести уточнення до нормативних документів України, які регламентують облік готової продукції, розробити та затвердити графік документообігу, удосконалити систему первинної документації, запровадити форму «Відомість випуску, відвантаження та реалізації продукції», внести уточнення в Положення про інвентаризацію та переглянути порядок оплати за відвантажену продукцію з урахуванням особливостей воєнного стану, автоматизувати систему складського обліку тощо.

The work deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of accounting and control of production and sale of finished products on the example of LLC Тelecard- Prilad. The essence and classifications of finished products, organizational and methodological features of accounting and control, existing issues are analyzed. The analysis of efficiency of production and realization of finished goods in Open Company "Telecard-Device" is carried out. It is proposed to clarify the regulations of Ukraine governing the accounting of finished products, develop and approve the schedule of documents, improve the system of primary documentation, introduce the form "Statement of release, shipment and sale of products", clarify the Regulations on inventory and revise the procedure for payment taking into account the peculiarities of martial law, automate the warehouse accounting system, etc.

Thesis consists of three sections. The object of the study is the organization of accounting and control of payroll and compulsory insurance contributions for LLC "Telecard-Prilad". The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, practical and methodological aspects of the organization of accounting and control of payroll and compulsory insurance contributions. The thesis considers the theoretical and methodological foundations of accounting for payroll transactions and compulsory insurance contributions: the concept, economic nature and types of wages, forms and systems of payroll, problematic issues of accounting for payroll transactions. Analyzed: the general organizational and economic characteristics of LLC "Telecard-Prilad", the organization of accounting for payroll transactions and contributions to compulsory insurance at the study enterprise. Proposed: proposals to improve the accounting of wage transactions and contributions to compulsory insurance at the company LLC "Telecard-Prilad", to improve the methodology of internal control of income.
