Шляхи збiльшення прибутку на пiдприємствi ресторанного господарства

Abstract

У роботі досліджено поняття прибутку на підприємстві ресторанного господарства; визначено етапи та методи підвищенні прибутковості у ресторанному бізнесі; досліджено основні показники прибутку та рентабельності підприємств ресторанного господарства. Проведено аналіз динаміки та особливостей формування прибутку в ТОВ «Карасі»; досліджено організаційно-економічну характеристику ТОВ «Карасі»; проведено оцінку динаміки та складових формування прибутку ТОВ «Карасі»; визначено фактори та умови формування прибутку у ТОВ «Карасі». Обґрунтовано шляхи впровадження зарубіжного досвіду відносно підвищення прибутку у ТОВ «Карасі»; розроблено комплекс заходів щодо збільшення прибутку ТОВ «Карасі».

The paper explores the concept of profit in a restaurant business; the stages and methods of increasing profitability in the restaurant business are determined; the main indicators of profit and profitability of restaurant enterprises were studied. The analysis of the dynamics and features of profit formation in LLC «Karasi» was carried out; the organizational and economic characteristics of Karasi LLC were studied; an assessment of the dynamics and components of the formation of profits of Karasi LLC was carried out; the factors and conditions for the formation of profits in OOO «Karasi» were determined. The ways of introducing foreign experience to increase profits in Karasi LLC are substantiated; a set of measures was developed to increase the profits of Karasi LLC.
