Удосконалення організації обслуговування в санаторіях

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота складається із вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел та додатків. Об’єкт дослідження є процес організації обслуговування в санаторно-курортних закладах. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних та практичних аспектів, удосконалення організації обслуговування в санаторії «ДЗ"ССКС ім.В.П.Чкалова"МОЗ України». Метою роботи є дослідження основних напрямів удосконалення організації обслуговування у санаторії «ДЗ"ССКС ім.В.П.Чкалова"МОЗ України». У роботі розглянуто сутність та специфіка послуг санаторно-курортних закладів, виділено особливості організації обслуговування в санаторно-курортних закладах та наведено світовий досвід організації надання послуг. Досліджено організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності санаторію «ДЗ"ССКС ім.В.П.Чкалова" МОЗ України». Визначено комплекс послуг, що надаються у цьому санаторії. Проаналізовано динаміку виробничо-економічної діяльності санаторію «ДЗ"ССКС ім.В.П.Чкалова" МОЗ України». За результатами дослідження внесені пропозиції, спрямовані на удосконалення організації надання послуг в санаторії «ДЗ"ССКС ім.В.П.Чкалова"МОЗ України». Зроблено економічне обґрунтування впровадження пропонованих заходів.

The qualifying work consists an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, a list of sources used and appendices. The object of study is the process of organizing services in sanatoriums. The subject of the research is a a combination of theoretical and practical aspects, improvement of the organization of service in the sanatorium "DZ" SSKS named after VP Chkalov "Ministry of Health of Ukraine". The aim of the work is to study the main directions of improving the organization of services in the sanatorium "DZ" SSKS named after VP Chkalov "Ministry of Health of Ukraine". The essence and specifics of the services of sanatoriums are considered in the work, the peculiarities of the organization of service in sanatoriums are singled out and the world experience of the organization of service provision is given. The organizational and economic characteristics of the activity of the sanatorium "DZ" SSKS named after VP Chkalov "Ministry of Health of Ukraine" have been studied. The complex of services provided in this sanatorium is defined. The dynamics of production and economic activity of the sanatorium "DZ" SSKS named after VP Chkalov "Ministry of Health of Ukraine" is analyzed. Proposals were made to improve the organization of services in the sanatorium "DZ" SSKS named after V.P. Chkalov "Ministry of Health of Ukraine". The economic substantiation of implementation of the offered measures is made.
