Розробка системи планування на підприємстві

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні основи розробки системи планування підприємства, напрями його удосконалення на ТОВ «Бі Ел Джи Мікрофінанс». Визначено сутність планування на підприємстві, особливості розробки системи планування, встановлено основи планування діяльності підприємства, принципи складання планів та їх найбільш розповсюджені види. Проаналізовано основні фінансові показники діяльності ТОВ «Бі Ел Джи Мікрофінанс», вивчені узагальнюючі показники діяльності Товариства, досліджено склад і структуру активів підприємства, його показники рентабельності та основні напрямки діяльності. Здійснено аналіз системи планування на підприємстві, вивчено структуру його бізнес-плану, особливості фінансового планування; визначено проблемні питання планування господарюючого суб’єкта. Запропоновано напрямки удосконалення розробки системи планування ТОВ «Бі Ел Джи Мікрофінанс» за допомогою використання спеціального програмного забезпечення, оптимізації структури бізнес-плану, деталізації статистичних показників як основи прогнозування окремих показників діяльності підприємства. The paper considers the current problem of cost management of the enterprise: it defines the essence and concept of socio-economic category of costs, explores the basic classifications of costs and methods of their formation, describes the methods and tools of cost management of the business entity. LLC «OLTC» is chosen as the object of research. The analysis of the dynamics and structure of its assets and liabilities, financial results is conducted; indicators of profitability, liquidity, financial stability, property status, efficiency of use of fixed assets are studied. Features of formation of expenses of the enterprise are investigated: tendencies of change of components of operating expenses are defined, dynamics of prime cost of production, administrative expenses and selling expenses is considered. Changes in the structure of operating costs are estimated with the use of the Gatev coefficient. The cycle of cost management of LLC «OLTC» is constructed; the analysis of the cost management system is carried out: the main shortcomings of this system are revealed. A set of measures to reduce the costs of the selected company has been developed. Revenues after their implementation indicate the economic efficiency of the proposed measures.
