Економічне обґрунтування впровадження міжнародних стандартів у діяльність підприємств (на прикладі ТОВ «Транс-Сервіс-КТТ»)

Abstract

У роботі досліджено питання щодо міжнародної стандартизації як чинника підвищення конкурентоспроможності, розглянуто види міжнародних стандартів та особливості їх впровадження на підприємствах, охарактеризовані вимоги міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001 як основи для створення систем управління якістю підприємств, надана характеристику компанії, проведена діагностика системи управління якістю ТОВ «Транс-Сервіс-КТТ» в контексті вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001, проаналізовані витрати на впровадження системи управління якістю відповідно до вимог міжнародного стандарту ISO 9001, визначені пріоритетні шляхи поліпшення системи управління якістю, здійснено економічне обґрунтування впровадження системи управління якістю в ТОВ «Транс-Сервіс-КТТ».

The master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the qualification work is the process of economic substantiation of the implementation of international standards in Trans-Service-KTT LLC. The work examines the issue of international standardization as a factor in increasing competitiveness and product quality, considers the types of international standards and the features of their implementation at enterprises, characterizes the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 as the basis for the creation of quality management systems of enterprises, provides a general description of the company , the diagnosis of the quality management systems was carried out in the context of the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001, the costs of the quality management systems implementation of Trans-Service-KTT LLC were analyzed in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001, the priority ways of improving the quality management systems were determined, the economic justification of the implementation of the quality management system at Trans-Service-KTT was carried out.
