Шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності на місцевому рівні (на прикладі Арцизької міської територіальної громади)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні та методологічні основи конкурентоспроможності Арцизської місцевої територіальної громади: визначено місце конкуренції та конкурентної боротьби у ринковій економіці; розглянуто вплив чинників на конкурентоспроможність на місцевому рівні та методи оцінювання конкурентоспроможності окремих територіальних громад. Надано загальну характеристику Арцизської МТГ та здійснено оцінку показників соціально-економічного розвитку Арцизської МТГ; обґрунтовано SWOT-аналіз Арцизської МТГ. Визначено стратегічні пріоритети розвитку Арцизської МТГ; надано обґрунтування особливостей проєкту організації виробництва замороженої сільськогосподарської продукції та здійснено оцінку ефективності проєкту та його впливу на конкурентоспроможність Арцизської МТГ.

Ways of increasing competitiveness at the local level (on the example of the Artsyz city territorial community”)

The paper examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the competitiveness of the Artsyz city territorial community: the place of competition and competitive struggle in the market economy is defined; the impact of factors on competitiveness at the local level and methods of assessing the competitiveness of individual territorial communities are considered. The general characteristics of Artsyz city territorial community were given and the indicators of socioeconomic development of Artsyz city territorial community were evaluated; the SWOT-analysis of Artsyz city territorial community was substantiated and strategic priorities for the development of Artsyz city territorial community were determined; the justification of the specifics of the project for the organization of the production of frozen agricultural products was provided, and an assessment of the effectiveness of the project and its impact on the competitiveness of the Artsyz city territorial community was carried out.
