Стан та перспективи розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі фінансовими послугами України з ЄС

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота магістра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є процес активізації зовнішньоторговельних відносин між Україною та ЄС. В роботі розглянута розглянути сутність та функціональну роль зовнішньої торгівлі фінансовими послугами; визначені основні фактори, що впливають на зовнішню торгівлю фінансовими послугами; встановлені показники аналізу результатів зовнішньої торгівлі фінансовими послугами; досліджена система регулювання зовнішньої торгівлі фінансовими послугами в Україні. Проведено аналіз сучасного стану та динаміки зовнішньої торгівлі фінансовими послугами України з ЄС та факторів, що на неї впливають; процесу адаптації законодавства України до вимог ЄС в напрямку розвитку зовнішньої торгівлі фінансовими послугами; Запропоновано впровадження методу дзеркальної статистики для співставлення даних зовнішньої торгівлі послугами між Україною та країнами ЄС; зроблені пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи державного регулювання в Україні для підвищення взаємодії в сфері зовнішньої торгівлі фінансовими послугами з ЄС та рекомендовано впровадження інвестиційно-інноваційної моделі ринку фінансових послуг.

The master's qualification work consists of three sections. The object of the study is the process of intensification of foreign trade relations between Ukraine and the EU. The work considers the essence and functional role of foreign trade in financial services; the main factors affecting foreign trade in financial services are determined; established indicators of the results of the analysis of foreign trade in financial services; the researched system of regulation of foreign trade in financial services in Ukraine. An analysis of the current state and dynamics of foreign trade in financial services of Ukraine with the EU and the factors affecting it was carried out; the process of adapting the legislation of Ukraine to the requirements of the EU in the direction of the development of foreign trade in financial services; It is proposed to implement the method of mirror statistics to compare data on foreign trade in services between Ukraine and EU countries; proposals were made to improve the system of state regulation in Ukraine to increase cooperation in the field of foreign trade in financial services with the EU, and the introduction of an investment and innovation model of the financial services market was recommended.
