Обліково-аналітичне забезпечення та аудит розрахунків з дебіторами і кредиторами (на прикладі ТОВ «ОТЛЦ»)

Abstract

У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти розрахунків з дебіторами та кредиторами через їх визначення, визнання, класифікацію, оцінку за вимогами національних і міжнародних стандартів бухгалтерського обліку. Досліджується порядок відображення інформації про розрахунки з дебіторами та кредиторами в бухгалтерському обліку та фінансовій звітності. Вивчається діюча практика документального забезпечення обліку на ТОВ «ОТЛЦ» та порядок формування резерву сумнівних боргів - обов’язкового чиннику дотримання принципу обачності в обліковій системі. Проаналізовано стан дебіторської та кредиторської заборгованості на досліджуваному підприємстві та розкрито методичні засади аудиту розрахунків з дебіторами та кредиторами. Запропоновано удосконалити облік та аудит розрахунків із дебіторами й кредиторами на вітчизняних підприємствах шляхом: проведення постійного контролю співвідношення заборгованостей; створення резерву сумнівних боргів за відповідним порядком; розширення видів оплати дебіторської заборгованості; посилення внутрішнього аудиторського контролю; удосконалення механізму управління заборгованістю.

Thesis consists of three chapters. Object of study – the process of organizing accounting, analysis and audit of settlements with debtors and creditors. Diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of settlements with debtors and creditors are considered through their definition, recognition, classification, evaluation according to the requirements of national and international accounting standards. The order of display of information on settlements with debtors and creditors in accounting and financial reporting is investigated. The current practice of document accounting at FINAGRO LLC and the procedure for forming a reserve for doubtful debts - a mandatory factor of compliance with the principle of prudence in the accounting system - are studied. The state of receivables and payables at the researched enterprise is analyzed and the methodical bases of audit of settlements with debtors and creditors are revealed. It is proposed to improve the accounting and audit of settlements with debtors and creditors at domestic enterprises by: conducting constant control of the debt ratio; creation of a reserve of doubtful debts in the appropriate order; expansion of types of receivables payment; strengthening internal audit control; improving the debt management mechanism.
