Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра складається з трьох розділів. Об’єктом дослідження є міжнародні торговельні угоди. У роботі розглядаються теоретичні засади аналізу сутності міжнародних торговельних угод. Встановлена сутність та особливості міжнародних торговельних угод. Визначенні сучасні моделі 7 формування міжнародних торговельних угод. Основні методи сучасного стану міжнародних торговельних угод. Охарактеризовано сучасний стан міжнародних торговельних угод. Встановлено характеристику економіки України як суб’єкта зовнішньоторговельної політики. Проаналізовано реалізацію торговельних угод між Україною та країнами світу та визначено правові аспекти реалізації міжнародних угод та їх ризики для країни. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення регулювання міжнародної торгівлі України відповідно вимогам СОТ.

The characterization of the Ukrainian economy as a subject of foreign trade policy is established. The implementation of trade agreements between Ukraine and countries of the world is analyzed, and the legal aspects of the implementation of international agreements and their risks for the country are determined. Directions for improving the regulation of Ukraine's international trade in accordance with WTO requirements are proposed.
